I ordered brainbolt memory game for my grandson’s 8th birthday. I noted that the box dimensions were 20cm x 13cm x 5cm. This seemed a reasonable size and... I was very disappointed and felt that the description and picture of the toy was pretty misleading - it certainly looked bigger in the hands of the child. A couple of adults had a go at playing the game - not too successful! And so, I would hesitate to order anything in the future. ??Our Response:Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size, but this is described as 'Handheld 15cm electronic memory game'. You reference knowing the box size of 20cm and we do not accept that the game is 'extremely small'. Our product description is entirely accurate and we have sold a large number of these. BrainBolt itself having over 10,000 positive reviews.
