Orders placed before 4pm are sent out the same day and are usually delivered next day
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so any weekend order, placed after 4pm on Friday, will be be sent out on Monday.
DPD Delivery is £8.99. Orders must be placed before 2pm please. This service ensures your order will arrive on the day shown at Checkout, which is Next Day for orders before 2pm.
DPD next day service is not available to certain further parts of the UK (Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) as delivery there will always take a little longer.
We offer a 30 day policy to return an item for any reason, provided it is unopened and in the original packaging.
Your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase please. We cannot accept any item returned after 30 days. (Note: the legal requirement for online purchases is 14 days, we have extended this)

The Track & Trace service means the postman has to scan the parcel when it is delivered. We send a Track your Delivery email with every order so you can track your parcel.
You must inform us within 7 days of purchase please, so we can investigate within Royal Mail's required time scale.
