When my package hadn't arrived, I tried to track via Royal Mail and could find no information other than they'd taken it to a designated... Read Moreplace, but wouldn't tell me where that was. I called Wicked Uncle for help - they were INCREDIBLE! A real human being picked up the phone to me, she was very empathetic and understanding about my frustration with Royal Mail. She said she would look into it and update me by the end of the day. Within an hour, I had an email telling me where my parcel was, enabling me to collect it. Wicked Uncle even reminded me to take ID to collect the parcel. In a world of chatbots, Wicked Uncle is refreshingly human.
