Delivery

The cost of Standard Delivery in the UK is £3.50 irrespective of size and weight. We ship each working day, but do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders placed by 4pm are dispatched the same day and normally take 2-3 days for delivery.

The cost of Express Delivery in the UK is £8.95 also irrespective of size and weight. This service ensures your order will arrive the next working day after we dispatch. Order cut off time is 4pm. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so anything ordered after 4pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Express service is not available to certain further parts of the UK (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) as delivery there will always take a little longer.

We no longer ship to Europe. The Royal Mail will not accept any package over 2 kg. We have tried using couriers, but the costs are very high, there are customs issues and reliability is not guaranteed. Therefore regretfully we have suspended shipping abroad. 

Returns

Returns are free. If you want to return something for any reason, we will replace it, exchange it or refund you.

Don't worry about it being opened, keeping the original packaging, getting a returns number, sending it registered post or paying for it yourself. Just wrap it up as well as you can, handwrite the Freepost address below on the outside and take it to the Post Office.

Since there is nothing to pay and no need for stamps, you should be able to drop it in at the post window without having to queue up. Just include a piece of paper with your name, telephone number and email.
