Deliveries & Returns
The cost of Standard Delivery in the UK is £2.95 irrespective of size and weight. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day and normally take 2-3 days for delivery by Royal Mail.
We ship each working day, but do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.
The cost of Express Delivery in the UK Mainland is £6.95 also irrespective of size and weight. Orders must be placed before 4pm please. This service ensures your order will arrive the next working day after we dispatch.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so anything ordered after 4pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Express service is not available to certain further parts of the UK (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) as delivery there will always take a little longer.
Saturday delivery. The Royal Mail now offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery which costs £9.95. This option is available to choose on our website from Thursday 4pm to Friday 4pm. This does however require someone to be in to sign for it as the Royal Mail will not leave it in a safe place.
International Delivery. We only send parcels within the UK. We have tried shipping abroad but have experienced a variety of problems, thereby letting down our customers. So we stopped.
BFPO Addresses. BFPO shipping costs the same as within the UK. The Royal Mail have now allocated postcodes to all BFPO addresses. If you don't know the right postcode, you can download a list here.
If you want to return something for any reason, provided it is unused, we will replace or refund it. Needs to be returned within 30 days of purchase please. Just wrap it up and take it to the Post Office. Please include your name, telephone number and email so we know who sent it. We ask you to cover the cost of postage. Our address is:

For any delivery problem, please let us know within 7 days - deliveries usually take 2-3 working days. We use the Royal Mail Track & Trace service which means the postman has to scan the parcel when it is delivered. Since Royal Mail sometimes leave parcels with neighbours in in a Safe Place, please check if this has happened.
