Delivering Presents for Children
We currently deliver kids' gifts mainly within the UK, but can send to some overseas destinations, mostly in Europe. We keep this under review.
The cost of delivery in the UK is £3.95 irrespective of size and weight. So if you order something large and expensive it needn't cost you a fortune to ship it. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail which normally takes about 3-4 days. Where we can, we send it by Packet Post, which is quicker. Heavier items can cost more to send by Royal Mail than by courier. In this case, if the price is the same or lower, we may just send it by courier.
We aim to ship everything within 24 hours.
If you need it more urgently, then ask for Express Delivery, but we do need to get the order before midday to get it out same day. That is because our warehouse is located in the deep country.
Express Delivery usually means delivery next working day as we cannot guarantee delivery at weekends. It does cost a bit more and the courier will need to get someone to sign for it. Certain far flung parts of the UK may take a little longer, so it is best to reckon on 48 hours.
Delivery in Europe is a bit more expensive based on prevailing postal costs. Unfortunately we are limited to a total weight of 2kg as costs rise very sharply thereafter. Delivery normally takes an extra couple of days (or more) depending on the efficiency of the postal service it is going to.

Returning Kids' Gifts
Returns are free. Occasionally the presents for children that we send get damaged in the post or don't work as they should. Or maybe the kid is totally weird and just doesn't like what you chose for it.
If you want to return a kid's gift for any reason, we're happy to replace or exchange it. Alternatively, we will refund you whatever you paid.
In returning one of our presents for children, we're keeping things easy for you. Don't worry about keeping the original packaging, getting a returns number, sending it registered post or even paying for it yourself. Just wrap it up as well as you can, handwrite the Freepost address below on the outside and take it to the Post Office.
Since there is nothing to pay, you should be able to drop it in at the post window without having to queue up. Just include a piece of paper with your name and address, telephone number and email. As soon as we receive the kid's gift, we'll start to process the return.
